What are the three oaths?

Oathra asks for three oaths. You take each one once, at the moment it starts to matter: before your first trade from Trade Manager, before you link your first account, and before your first message to AI Coach.

Why you type your name#

Each oath is recorded with the name you typed, the oath and its version, and the time. A typed name is a deliberate act. A ticked box is not.

The oaths add nothing to the Terms of Service or the Risk Disclosure. They restate who is responsible for what, at the moment it matters.

The Oathra Oath#

Asked before any trade can be sent from Trade Manager. You affirm that:

  • Capital is at risk on every position, and losses are yours alone.
  • Oathra is a tool. It is not a broker, a signal service or a financial adviser.
  • Slippage, gaps, broker stop-outs and news outcomes are part of trading, and are not Oathra's responsibility.
  • Software has bugs and servers can fail. A fault at the moment of a losing trade does not move the loss to Oathra's operator.
  • Prop firm rules, broker specifications and economic calendars come from public sources and may be out of date.
  • Trading decisions are yours alone.

Until you take it, no trade can be sent from Trade Manager.

The Data and Metrics Oath#

Before you link your first account you sign the Oath. One page. You sign it once to link accounts.

You affirm that:

  • You authorize Oathra to retrieve, store and process trading data from the accounts you link.
  • Linking an account means running Oathra's EA in your MetaTrader terminal. It is for you to confirm that your broker, and your prop firm on a challenge account, allow it.
  • Every number Oathra shows is computed from your own trade history. It informs you. It is not the authority.
  • Alerts and notifications can fail or arrive late. You will not rely on them as your only defense.
  • Where a number looks wrong, you will check it against your broker's terminal before acting on it.
  • Your trading data is stored and processed under the Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete it from Settings.

Oathra's data is only as fresh as your terminal. While the terminal is closed or offline, the EA sends nothing and every screen works from the last sync.

Until you take it, no account can be linked.

The AI Coach Oath#

Asked before your first message to AI Coach. The coach also needs one linked account, because it reads account data to answer. You affirm that:

  • The coach can read your linked trading data to answer your questions.
  • What it says is for information and reflection. It is not advice, a trade recommendation or an instruction.
  • AI models can be wrong, invent numbers, miss context or repeat outdated information.
  • You will check any number, prop firm rule or claim against your broker's terminal or the firm's own page before acting on it.
  • Decisions are yours alone, and so are losses that follow from acting on what the coach said.

Your message and the account data it needs are sent to the model provider you chose in the coach. Oathra does not train models on your data.

Until you take it, the coach sends no message.
