Rule check
Ready, with a warningThe daily loss is close to the firm's limit, and this order fits in the $863.10 left today.
A market order fills at the price now. A limit waits for a better price, a stop for a break, and a stop limit for a break and then a better price.
A resting order stands until you cancel it, or until a time you set.
Kelly is filled in from the account's own closed trades and needs thirty of them.
The stop goes in pips, points or a price, the target in pips, points, a reward to risk or a price. One stop and one target go to your platform with the order, and the order can be split into several.
Your broker's rules are the ones its platform sends for the symbol. Your firm's rules are the ones Guardian holds for the account.
Your broker's rules: Whether the symbol can be traded, the lot step, minimum and maximum, how close a stop or a target may sit, and whether the market is open.
Your firm's rules: Daily loss, drawdown, the news window, risk on one trade, a stop on every order, lot limits and open trades, each read against this order.
Every account: One order can go to several accounts. Each is sized on its own balance and checked against its own rules.
On MetaTrader 4, Oathra opens no orders. A close-out closes nothing there unless you allow Guardian to close every open position on the account, and Stop trading has no orders to refuse.

Each position with no stop, by name, with the way to set one.
An order that puts more of the capital on one trade than most desks allow, said out loud.

Keyboard shortcuts switch the side, the size and the stop. None fires an order: the rule check always comes first.
