You can permanently delete your Oathra account and the trading data tied to it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
From the app#
- Open Oathra and log in.
- Go to Settings, then Danger zone.
- Select Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Without the app#
- Log in from any web browser at oathra.app and follow the steps above, or
- Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and process it for you.
To reach a person, write to support@oathra.com.
What happens right away#
The moment you confirm deletion:
- Any paid subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further charges.
- Every oath and agreement tied to your account is revoked.
- You are logged out of every device.
- We email you a confirmation naming the exact date your account will be permanently erased.
Changing your mind#
Your account is not erased right away. It is held, logged out, until the date in that email. If you change your mind, log back in before then and your account is fully restored, exactly as it was. After that date, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed, by you or by us.
What is erased#
Your account and everything tied to it: your trade journal, connected trading accounts, AI Coach conversations, notifications, alerts, and every other record linked to your account.
