What does the Oathra EA send, and what can it do?
The Oathra EA sends your account number, broker, server, balance and trades to Oathra. It opens an order only when you send one from Oathra. It closes one only on your command, or when a Guardian close-out you switched on fires.
Oathra never asks for your broker password.
Placing orders through Oathra needs the signed Oath.
Check these first#
You can ask these of any file you are asked to install in a trading terminal.
- Who published it, and can you check the file you downloaded is the file they published?
- What does it send, and where?
- Can it open or close an order, and what has to happen first?
- Can you switch that off, and still keep the rest?
- Does it ask for a password?
How Oathra shows it#
The page for connecting MetaTrader lists each file with its version and its checksum, so you can check the file you have is the one Oathra published.

The limit that applies#
