Guide

Journal and review

Your trades, your reports, your alerts and the AI Coach.

  1. Read the dashboard

The dashboard, block by block. Balance and equity, your accounts, the daily P&L calendar, monitoring and the performance charts.

  2. Read an account's tabs

An account's tabs, one by one. Overview, Performance, Open trades, Trade history and Risk, each metric with how it is calculated, and the settings.

  3. Keep a journal

The journal. Its statistics, its table of trades, and the notes, tags and screenshots you add to a trade.

  4. Use the AI Coach

The AI Coach. What it reads, how a chat works, what it remembers, and the insights it writes on its own.

  5. Set up smart alerts

Smart alerts. What sets one off, the types there are, and how you set one up.

  6. Read the news calendar

The news calendar. The countdown to the next event, the event table, impact levels, and the filters by impact, currency, sector and your own pairs.

  7. Export and import your trades

Where you export an account's trades as CSV or JSON, and how you import trades from a CSV file.

  8. Read the account health score

The health score and its four pillars. Risk discipline, consistency, strategy and emotional control, and how to improve each.

  9. Read the time analysis

The Time tab. Your results by session, by day of the week, by hour and by month, and the daily P&L calendar.

  10. Run a Monte Carlo simulation

The Monte Carlo simulation. Its settings, the what-if risk rules, the trade filters, and how to read the results.

  11. Choose alert channels and quiet hours

Notification settings. The channels, the alert categories you can switch on or off, the recaps, and quiet hours.

  12. Set up the AI Coach

AI Coach settings. Its tone, the length of its answers, what it knows about how you trade, and the limit on messages.

Common questions

The journal is one tool in Oathra. The centre is the test and the live tracking.
