Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Oathra account and the trading data tied to it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data along the way.

If you can sign in, deleting your account takes under a minute, on the web or on your phone:

• Open Oathra and sign in
• Go to Settings, then Danger zone
• Select Delete my account
• Enter your password to confirm

Your account is deleted the moment you confirm your password.

If you no longer have the app, or the device it was installed on, you have two options:

• Sign in from any web browser at oathra.app and follow the steps above, or
• Email us from the address on your account at support@oathra.com and ask us to delete your account. We will verify the request and process it for you.

The moment you confirm deletion:

• Any paid subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further charges
• Every oath and agreement tied to your account is revoked
• You are signed out of every device
• We email you a confirmation naming the exact date your account will be permanently erased

Your account is not erased right away. It is held, signed out, for 14 days. If you change your mind, sign back in before that window closes and your account is fully restored, exactly as it was.

After 14 days, deletion becomes permanent and cannot be reversed, by you or by us.

Once the 14 days pass, your account and everything tied to it are permanently erased: your trade journal, connected trading accounts, AI Coach conversations, notifications, alerts, and every other record linked to your account.

A small number of records outlive your account, with anything that identifies you stripped out first:

• A record that an account existed and was deleted, kept for legal and fraud-prevention purposes
• The cookie and privacy consent choices you made, kept to show compliance if it is ever asked for
• An audit trail of AI Coach safety reviews
• Support conversations you had with us
• Delivery records for emails we sent you
• Billing events tied to your subscription

If you ever filed a bug report or feature request with Ora, the report and its resolution stay so other traders can benefit from it, but the technical details tied to your identity are cleared, and any message text it quotes is removed.

Payment records are held by Whop, our payment processor, under their own retention rules. Contact Whop directly for a copy of your payment history or to ask them to delete it.
